Standard T SHIRT heat press
DO NOT USE COMMERCIAL STEAM IRON PRESS
Application method
Pre heat iron for about 2 minutes at maximum temperature
DO NOT USE STEAM
Place garment on hard surface DO NOT USE IRONING BOARD
Place image on garment face down
Iron image for at least about 3 minutes. Move the iron constantly. Ensure all corners and edges are well ironed.
To ensure that you have applied enough time an heat, please make sure that the green colour of the iron icon printed on the back side of the transfer have changed to brown. This thermal colour is to help you is assessing the heat and time. No green colour should be left.
Apply pressure
Allow the garment to cool completely before peeling
Peel the transfer from the garment exposing the highly glossy image.
FIXING - VERY IMPORTANT
Fix the image by placing an ordinary silicone grease proof paper on the image and re ironing it for about 15 seconds. PEEL HOT to skim of the glossy finish and to achieve a matt, flat and thin image on the garment
WASHING
Wash garment 24 hours after being transferred
Turn the garment inside out.
Wash the garment in a washing machine using a 40°C degrees (warm wash) wash cycle with a spin dry at the end. A full regular wash cycle.
DO NOT wash as delicate fabric
DO NOT hand wash or leave to soak in a tub
Dry normally in a tumble drier to enhance the longevity of the image
